Ordering Checklist

1To render a building under construction we work from the plan and elevation. This can be mailed, faxed or emailed to us.

Alternatively, concepts can be drawn from your sketches, or your collection of style elements you wish to include, with an overall description of your plans.

For existing buildings without plans we use a photograph from the “observers” point of view, i.e. the view you wish your drawing to represent.

2 Once the “viewpoint” is established, a rendering will be constructed from your information.

At your request, the construction drawing can be sent to you for approval before we go on to the stage of adding colour and landscaping detail.

3 If you provide colour references for the various parts of the building, we will match these on your rendering. Otherwise, we will use neutral shadings to indicate colour.

Landscaping will be treated in a style suitable for the style of architecture. If landscaping plans are provided, we will match these on your rendering.

The final rendered drawing can be provided to you as a print, on CD, or by email. We prefer a minimum of one week after receiving your plans to complete a drawing, depending on our workload.
